- Method description
Acrylamide is extracted into aqueous solution. This solution is purified by centrifugation, filtration, and solid phase extraction. Acrylamide in the resulting solution is analyzed by HPLC using tandem mass spectrometry for detection, verification of identity, and quantitation.
